This Halloween kinda snuck up on me – we didn’t crave pumpkins but we had a lot of fun at the church trunk or treat. They had food, games and then the trunk or treating – about 2 hours in all – perfect amount of time for me.
They had a contest to see whose trunk was best. We created this for our trunk – it had jello in one mouth, small pomp pomps in another, beans in one, etc. Of course there was candy too. We won the best trunk – we also held up the line a lot!
The kids in costume – Caleb didn’t dress up this year. Katie was a brides maid, Samuel a ninja, Marlissa was a princess and Elizabeth a lady bug.
